Walking in nature is therapy for me. It's exercise, creativity and wonderment all wrapped up into one. "Don't forget to look up" I tell my walking buddies from time to time because there could be something amazing that a simple tilt of the head will reveal. On this occasion, it was a barred owl silently watching us as we walked along the path, the snow billowing around us. Time momentarily stopped as we captured the owl's beauty before continuing on our journey, marveling at the beauty of the world around us.
